I live in California, and let me tell you this summer has been hot! The only thing keeping me sane right now is knowing that we are finally transitioning to fall at the end of this month. Since we are so close to the fall season, I thought it would be fun to put a post together of some of the new fashion trends for 2020 and items you can find on Amazon that are very affordable.
I like following the fashion trends but call me basic before splurging on an item and making it a staple in my closet, I like to test it out first. If you can relate, getting stuck with expensive items that go out of style in a few months suck. My favorite hack to trying out trends in an affordable way is to shop Amazon’s fashion department.
If you are interested in what’s new and what pieces you can add to your wardrobe to start transitioning from summer, to fall keep reading.
Since this is not a full-on fall post, I’m including one of the trends I keep seeing everywhere, the cropped tank. This is a great summer to fall transition piece. You can wear a sweater over on chilly nights or at home with some cozy joggers.
One of the trends I am digging this year is that 70s vibe. I am all about the flared jeans at the moment. This trend has slowly made a comeback, and I am ready to put away my skinny jeans and transition to this look. I love that these have options with splits on the side. I can see pairing them with sandals beginning of fall and booties for wintertime.
I’ve had my eyes on this soft bag for a couple of months, but as someone who loves to be hands-free and wears backpacks and belt bags, I cannot bring myself to splurge on this trend. I have added this look-alike version to my shopping cart to test out how much I use this bag through the fall.
This short cropped sweater looks super cute and comfortable, maybe because I am still sitting in an oven? I would pair this with leggings or flared pants, and because I’m a sucker for anything that feels like a blanket, I will probably add a chunky version too.
I am obsessed with jewelry. Right now I really like the chain and link layered necklaces that are trending. Normally I would have to layer a couple of thinner chains with some chunky ones but now there are so many options that come in stacks so it saves some time.
I realize I may have a slight addiction to Amazon, but only because you can find anything in there, and ever since finding their fashion section I feel even more committed. If you have not jumped on this wagon yet, I will encourage you to try it out for 30 days.
Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed this quick post! What are your favorite fall fashion trends are for 2020?
